On 21 November 2025, the CoreSync and Signature Business Solutions teams stepped into a world where imagination, elegance and celebration beautifully collided. Hosted at the enchanting Shepstone Gardens, this year’s Wonderland Soirée was more than a year-end function, it was a reflection of everything our teams achieved, contributed, and overcame throughout one of our most transformational years to date.
From the moment guests arrived, dressed to theme and radiating style, it was clear that the evening would be one to remember. And it didn’t disappoint. Wonderland came alive through exquisite décor, captivating performances, unforgettable food experiences and a deep sense of gratitude that carried throughout the night.

A Venue Transformed Into Wonderland
As guests wandered through the beautifully lit pathways of Shepstone Gardens, they were greeted by vibrant floral installations, whimsical Alice-in-Wonderland-inspired décor, and breathtaking table settings that turned the historic venue into a real-life fairytale.
Our design team outdid themselves, creating lush displays and intricate arrangements that blended fantasy with elegance. From giant keys and pocket watches to cascading flowers and golden touches, every detail contributed to the sense that this was no ordinary event.
It wasn’t just décor; it was an experience, one that set the tone for a night of magic, recognition and celebration.
And of course, our guests completed the picture. Everyone arrived dressed to impress, showcasing elegance, personality, and plenty of Wonderland-inspired flair. Your effort elevated the atmosphere and made the event all the more memorable.
A Culinary Journey Around the World
A highlight of the evening was undeniably the food. In true Wonderland spirit, guests were invited to explore themed stations offering a global journey of flavours.
Beautifully curated canapés and mains showcased the best of South African cuisine, Mediterranean favourites, Asian signature dishes and more. It was the perfect fusion of creativity and comfort, something for every palate.
To delight the sweet tooth, a gourmet ice cream bar offered unique, adventurous flavours that had guests returning for seconds.
Howie’s Gourmet Catering ensured every detail was flawlessly delivered, including expertly matched Halaal and non-Halaal menu variations. It was dining done differently, imaginative, inclusive and elegantly presented.
Entertainment That Brought the Magic to Life
The entertainment line-up unfolded like a perfectly orchestrated story.
Guests were first welcomed by an incredibly talented violinist and vocalist, filling the garden with music that immediately set a sophisticated, enchanting tone. Throughout the evening, performers appeared almost unexpectedly, creating moments of delight and surprise.
A world-class illusionist moved between groups, leaving guests mesmerised with mind-bending tricks that added a touch of real magic to the whimsical setting.
As the night grew later, a DJ and saxophonist duo turned the dance floor into a lively celebration of rhythm, melody and pure joy. The energy was infectious, a testament to how deeply our teams value connection, community and shared experiences.

A surprise favourite of the evening was the caricature corner, where skilled artists captured the team’s quirks with humour, charm and playfulness.
Even the most serious among us couldn’t resist laughing at the exaggerated sketches. It was a delightful reminder that no matter how complex the challenges we solve or how fast our organisation grows, we will always make room for fun, personality and light-hearted moments that bring us closer together.
The caricatures became treasured keepsakes and sparked conversations, joy and laughter throughout the night.
Dressed to Impress: A Team That Shows Up…Always
One of the most striking elements of the night was the remarkable effort everyone put into dressing the part. The Wonderland theme was embraced with style, elegance and creativity, from bold colours and whimsical accessories to timeless formal wear that added an air of sophistication to the event.
